For years, I was known for my dedication to the grind. A bodybuilder who lived for the early mornings, the heavy lifts, and the pursuit of perfection. My focus was strength, discipline, and pushing the limits no matter the cost.

But everything changed the day I became a father. In that moment, strength took on a whole new meaning. It became less about the weights I could lift. But more about how much I could carry. Carry a child. Carry a family. Carry the responsibility of being as healthy, strong, and capable as I can be - as the leader of the pack.

Fitness has become more than just aesthetics and competition. It’s about longevity, vitality, and building a body that supports a full and meaningful life. From these foundational principles, B.D.E.S Performance was born. I’m building a community of people with the belief that strength training and nutrition are about more than building muscle and getting lean. It’s about living better, performing better, and being there for the people who matter most.
